Villa Opalo typical Mallorcan house is located in the heart of the countryside mid-way along the road that leads from old town Pollensa to Alcudia. Its location affords lovely rural views of the countryside and mountains, also easy access to both the beautiful beaches of Alcudia and the three cove beaches of Cala St. Vincent, together with the beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

A short pathway leads you up to the covered terrace where the entry door opens into a spacious designed open- plan dining area and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.

An archway to the right of the dining leads you into the lounge room with its authentic beamed ceiling and traditional stone feature walls. Directly off the lounge is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath.

Stairs lead up from the dining to a landing. On the right is the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes,with its en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath.

On the left is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a further twin bedroom with a freestanding light pine wardrobe. At the bottom of the landing is a further complete bathroom with shower over the bath, which the two twin bedrooms share.

The super large pool is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded amongst natural gardens. The pool has lawns on four sides two slightly sloping. Adjacent to the pool in is the brick freestanding BBQ which is ideally situated as its adjacent to both the covered terrace with its patio furniture and pool, ideal atmosphere for eating outdoors, or simply relaxing enjoying the villas location.
